Our Range of Pad Printing Machines
Our standard machines are compact and have a small profile, allowing for seamless integration into any workspace. They are engineered to deliver unparalleled performance, capable of printing motifs with maximum precision. Constructed with a resilient turtle shell chassis, these machines provide a sturdy framework that ensures consistent and reliable performance, even in the most challenging and demanding work environments. Our standard machines are available for upto 4 colours. Their combination of power, versatility and durability makes them the ideal choice for achieving exceptional results.
At Xeelock, we have mastered the art of cliché making through numerous trials over the years of our manufacturing experience. Our steel clichés stand out for their sharp contours, fine detail, low susceptibility to damage, and reliable performance in high-volume printing. Unlike other market options like chrome and photopolymer clichés, our steel plates are more environmentally sustainable and allow for staged etching, offering varied depths for consistent print quality. For proof runs and smaller jobs, we provide aluminum-backed thin steel plates. While we offer specialized wear-resistant ceramic plates, they are generally not recommended due to their cost and sensitivity to industrial handling.
We also provide robust and sharp doctor blades and rims which endures precise motif transfer.

Pad Printing Cliche Plates
At Xeelock, we have refined our pads through extensive testing. Our convex-shaped pads direct air away during motif placement, while semicircular, tapered pads are often best for high-quality prints. The ideal choice depends on the artwork size, substrate contour, and material. Rectangular pads may not be ideal, as they only roll in two lateral directions. We provide pads in various shapes, sizes, and hardness grades, all of which impact print quality and pad lifespan.

Fixtures & Jigs
Our machines achieve a high level of repeatability, thanks to meticulously designed jigs and fixtures that securely hold the substrate in place, preventing misalignment. Our team of designers and material specialists collaborates to create fixtures tailored to your specific application. The materials for the fixtures are chosen based on the type of substrate they will hold, ensuring a firm grip without causing any damage to the substrate component. Once the material is selected, the fixtures are either 3D printed or CNC milled using highly precise machines, which guarantees minimal misalignment during motif transfer. We can achieve a repeatability of ±50 microns.
